| IL10RA与IL10RB共同组成IL-10的功能性受体复合物，二者分工明确：IL10RA是配体结合亚基，负责以较高亲和力捕获IL-10；IL10RB是信号转导亚基，本身不能单独结合IL-10，必须在IL10RA结合配体后才能被招募入复合物。功能性受体为异四聚体（2个IL10RA + 2个IL10RB），配体结合后激活JAK1/TYK2，进而磷酸化STAT3，启动抗炎基因表达，在限制过度免疫激活和组织炎症中发挥核心作用。 | |
